Restorative Yoga & Mindful Tea Ritual

Let’s slow down and give ourselves permission to rest.

Join Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga instructor Negin Kordbacheh for a nourishing evening designed to calm the nervous system, restore the body, and reconnect you with the present moment.

We'll begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice, using supportive props and long-held postures to invite deep relaxation and release. Afterwards, we'll gather in a mindful tea circle to enjoy a handcrafted herbal tea, sip in silence and conversation, and gently reflect on the experience together.

No yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
