As the chaos of the world around us demands our attention, PULSE is a necessary regular cleanse, the ritual of coming back into our own presence, into our own breath and bodies. It’s the unrepeatable act of human creation & expression. We invite you to come out of screens, algorithms, futures and pasts, to just be with community, movement and healing. The musicians will be dropping into a sound-bath, live improv. songwriting around archetypal journeys and more, and the experience will realign, reground and purify.
